Our Museache Spotlight to start the week, is on South Jersey’s CA2Cold and his debut mixtape 100 Lives. Off rip, I noticed that CA had knack for telling a cohesive story while still being able to litter a verse with metaphors and double entendres. “Plenty of Em” reminds me of Lupe Fiasco’s “Dumb it Down“, while “The Walk” sounds like the storytelling J. Cole from his Come Up & Warm Up days. CA really shines because of his consciousness to everything occurring around him and his genuine story. 100 Lives allows you to follow CA through police brutality, classicism, and a tumultuous education system.

Recommendations: Plenty of Em, The Walk (My personal favorite), Open Your Eyes, & Heirs Of Today, Always Come Back, Every Song
